Offline Bookings

For those who want to do more than just sell product online, we provide all the tools and contracts needed to be a full-fledged Travel Agent.  This includes access to all of the vendors and travel providers not included on the booking engine.  No matter what customers want to do, our RTAs have the ability to book it for them after taking the proper training.  And, they’re never alone.  Our in-house travel agents are there to answer any questions our RTAs may have about the booking process.

Group Bookings

Our ability to book group trips is what sets us apart from our competitors.  Groups are lucrative, and we have hundreds in process at any given time.  At YTB, everyone is a group waiting to happen.  In fact, 34% of adults in the United States, or just under 72 million people, have traveled to a family reunion in the past three years.  That’s just one type of group travel.  Pick any group, whatever type that may be, and our group department can help with any and all details while our RTAs earn a generous commission.  They have worked on literally thousands of groups and can’t wait to help the next one.

Tour Conductor Program

This very valuable program is a feature to consider when putting together group bookings.  Almost all suppliers have a similar program, which allows our RTAs a complimentary trip to accompany a group.  For example, a group of five foursomes, or 20 golfers, can travel to St. Andrews, Scotland, for seven days, a serious golfer’s dream trip.  They play the Old Course, the New Course twice and Carnoustie.  They stay at the five- star Old Course Hotel, and their package includes all meals and a chauffer driven coach.  The RTA would receive a complimentary trip and make over $4,000 in commission.  This program allows motivated RTAs to see the world at a fraction of the cost and earn significant income just for putting the group together.
